Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build ETL Pipelines: Develop robust pipelines for large-scale data processing using tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
- Backend Development: Leverage your Python or Java expertise to design and implement scalable, high-quality data solutions.
- Drive Excellence: Ensure the platform follows software engineering best practices, including TDD and Clean Code principles.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to continually raise the technical bar and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements
- Software Engineering Core: Strong command of Python (or Java) for building reliable, scalable systems. This is an engineering-first role.

- Quality Mindset: Passion for Clean Code principles, TDD, and continuous integration.
- Location: Reside in or near Barcelona and be ready to work on-site 2 days/week.
