Join a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up in the heart of Madrid. We are building a Pan-European sales hub and need a native Nordic hunter to conquer the Scandinavian market.

The Mission

  • Own the Nordics: You will be the primary driver for new business in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire pipeline from prospecting and cold outreach to demoing and closing deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives (CEOs, HR Directors, Operations Leads) to understand their pain points and pitch a tailored solution.
  • Market Expansion: Work directly with the VP of Sales to define the go-to-market strategy for the Nordic region.

Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Gong.

Requirements

  • Native Level Speaker: Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (plus fluent English).
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, ideally in a SaaS or Tech environment (Closing experience required).
  • Hunter Mentality: You are not afraid of the phone and love the thrill of closing a new logo.
  • Location: Based in Madrid or willing to relocate immediately.

  • OTE: €60,000 - €80,000 (Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions).
